2 DESCRIPTION Vending machine without butane cylinders. OBJECT OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to an unattended and therefore automatic vending machine of butane cylinders without the need for the intervention of an operator who removes the cylinder from the cage and delivers it to the buyer, but it only has to pay the amount of the bottle, either at the window of the establishment, redeeming it for a token that then enters the slot of the payment device of the vending machine or paying in currency or by card or by any exchange method such as for example NFC or Bluetooth, in the same payment device according to the constitution of the latter, which starts an automatic process controlled by electronic circuit by which the buyer receives instructions on screen of how to deposit the empty bottle and collect the bottle fill by itself. Said dispensed service of cylinders saves time and inconvenience to the personnel of the gas stations, as well as to the rest of groups that integrate the sale and distribution of bottled gas. In addition it can also be sold at night. The vending machine object of the present invention resembles a vending machine, but in this case with its own characteristics suitable for the automatic vending of butane, propane and similar cylinders. The vending is a system of sales of consumer products by means of mechatronic-powered self-vending machines 25 prior payment by the consumer, this being the unassisted service provided by the object of the present invention, but adapted in its mechanical constitution to the vending of bottles. Compared to the containers / cages that are currently used to store the 30 butane cylinders at the gas stations, the automatic vending machine object of the present invention provides the following advantages: - It facilitates the self-service by the buyer, since it does not need No employee of the service station to open the cage and supply the bottle. - The hours of sale of this product are extended with the present invention, since at the moment when needing the bottles to be dispatched by an employee, they can only be sold until 10 pm. 40 - Allows the sale of butane in other establishments autonomously, such as hardware stores, car washes, supermarket parking, etc. - The replacement of units is easier. 45 - Increase profitability for the owner by increasing the rotation of the product. - Allows remote telematic management of the stock and consequently improves distribution routes. 50 Ultimately, the customer individually manages the replacement of bottles leaving the empty bottle in the place indicated by the electronic device of the vending machine and removing the full one. Each bottle is housed in a compartment, unlike
3 the current cages in which to obtain a full bottle, in many cases, several empty ones must be handled. The bottle vending machine itself guides the customer electronically in the process, facilitating the sale. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 5 Currently the sale of butane, propane and similar cylinders, at specific points of sale such as gas stations, which constitute the majority, is done manually, that is, after payment by the buyer in the shop window, the operator has to move to the place where the 10 bottles are stored to open the cage where they are stored, deliver the full bottle and deposit the empty one. In the state of the art, cages consisting of metal container structures, used for the sale of butane cylinders in gas stations and 15 authorized centers are known. Only this type of iron cages are known where the bottles are manually stacked, making it necessary for an operator to open them and change the empty product for the full one, with the consequent loss of associated productivity and the appearance of other problems arisen from the manipulation of the bottle. Description of the invention The non-assisted vending machine of butane cylinders object of the present invention is constituted from an oblong or colossal mold having a base platform, 25 provided with height-adjustable legs, and perimeter band. At least eight cylindrical separators are symmetrically attached to the inside of said perimeter band and two gear housings are each in the center of the diameter that delimits two semicircles of the coliseum. Below one of the corner corners of said colise is a second low platform 30 connected to the base platform by four spacers and a central screw. In the two referred gear housings two toothed crowns are coupled which turn motorized rotation in a single direction to an endless toothed chain, said chain being surrounded internally and externally by cylinders housing ball bearings and a series of spacers in their heads Tubular, of a smaller thickness than the cylindrical spacers, are symmetrically located on either side of the inner and outer ball bearings. An inner perimeter plate and a second central longitudinal are coupled to said cylindrical and outer tubular separators, while the interiors support at least eight circular platforms protected perimeter vertically by bands. A structure 40 of walls, pillars and beams supports the closing of the butane bottle vending machine object of the invention, such that one of the four quarter-circle corners of the coliso is free. At least three triangular eardrums on lintels support the gable roof, the rest of the housing covering the walls, with the exception of the corner window described above, which is for the insertion of a butane bottle. Said corner window serves both to deposit the bottle for its entry and to receive it at its exit. This structure is designed for 10 cylinders, but is expandable to 20 or more units and stackable. 50 To improve the automatic operation of the bottle vending machine object of the present invention, the following sensors are strategically distributed therein:
4 - Container volume recognition sensor - Bottle type recognition sensor - Number of cylinders recognition sensor in existence 5 - NFC reading module - NFC payment module 10 A telemetry system consisting of a computer program resident in a server accessible by computer applications from PCs or from mobile phones allows remote reading by the - Users to whom said computer program indicates the nearest available bottle, the optimal route to reach the service station and remote payment . - Distributors to whom it indicates the level of occupation of the machine and the replacement alerts. 20 - Address to who indicates the status of all connected machines and the performance of each station. The operation of the present invention begins from the payment of the amount of the butane bottle, propane and the like in the conventional manner established for each case, once the payment has been validated by the customer the process of interaction with the vending machine that begins by depositing the empty butane bottle in the window located in the corner of the quarter-circle enabled for this purpose, after which, a verification period consisting of weighing and recognition of materials based on sensors begins, after which the machine returns to the a full bottle customer, 30 thus completing the entire process. There is the variant of operation in distributor mode, in which the operator assigned for distribution, is identified by computer methods, such as an NFC card or similar, starting the process of replacing empty bottles with full bottles, 35 as many times as necessary , until the end of the process by the distributor or the machine.
