- a sales system of this type is known (DE 196 52 147).
- the object of the invention is to improve such a system in terms of its usability.
- FIGS. 1-5 each in simplified form Representation and top view of different versions of the invention Show systems or gas automats, explained in more detail.
- the gas machine generally designated 1 in FIG. 1 is used for the sale of Gas, for example a technical gas and / or a gas for Energy supply (e.g. propane gas) in suitable bottles, of which in the Figure 1 is a bottle 2 is shown schematically, with a top view square shape.
- the machine 1 also serves to return defective or defective gas bottles 2.
- the bottles 2 can each have different, suitable shape and consist of one for gas cylinders suitable material, for example steel, aluminum, plastic, possibly also with a single or multi-layer sheathing etc.
- the machine 1 consists essentially of a housing 3, which is a reservoir for the bottles 2 forms and in the interior 4 several shots Accommodation of gas cylinders 2 are provided.
- the receptacles 5 are in the illustrated embodiment on one by one vertical axis rotatable rotor 6 is formed, in one plane or in several vertical levels one on top of the other.
- a flap or door 7 is provided, which is opened and controlled by a control device 8 is closed, so that in the open state of the closure or the discharge 7th each the receptacle 5 arranged on this closure for the removal of a Gas bottle 2 or for the return of an unnecessary gas bottle 2 is accessible.
- a bottle 2 can only be returned to the machine 1 if if it is a permissible bottle 2.
- Operating devices are provided with which, for example, a cashless Gas purchase can be processed safely, for example a display 10, a Input 11, for example with a card reader for reading one of the respective Customer used and permitted card, e.g. Customer and / or credit card or card for cashless payments, from which the essentials when operating the machine 1 Customer data, at least the data necessary for a calculation to the Control system 8 can be read out.
- a card reader for reading one of the respective Customer used and permitted card, e.g. Customer and / or credit card or card for cashless payments, from which the essentials when operating the machine 1 Customer data, at least the data necessary for a calculation to the Control system 8 can be read out.
- those with the Card readers can also read cards from which amounts of money are debited can and which can be reloaded, for example, as from phone cards or Maps known from cell phones.
- a special feature of the gas automat 1 is that at the front of the Automatic filling station 12 is provided with the empty gas bottles 2 from a Source for the desired gas can be filled, the respective customer the empty gas bottle 2 in this filling station 12 and then of course after Acquisition of the customer data necessary for the calculation, for example after the insertion process automatically when the customer card is inserted into the card reader expires.
- the filling station 12 is connected via a gas line 13 with a pump to a source for the gas is connected outside the housing 3.
- the source is the one shown Embodiment formed by a tank 14. But are suitable as a gas source for example, rail transport containers, central or decentralized gas storage facilities are connected to the gas automat 1 or the tank 14 via a gas line, as well as long-distance lines to which the gas automat 1 or its tank 14 are connected etc.
- a sensor 15 corresponding to the sensor 9 is also provided at the filling station 12 Detection of the bottle set in the filling station 12 is provided.
- the filling process is only initiated by the filling station 12 when the filling station 12 set gas bottle actually also one accepted by the gas automat Bottle is what is monitored with the help of sensor 15. Is the set Gas bottle is a bottle accepted or permitted by the gas automat, the Filling process automatically initiated by the filling station 12 and this the filling station closed to the outside. The filling process becomes constant during the filling process supervised.
- the automatic gas machine 1 is designed or equipped such that the rotor 6 partially empty gas bottles 2 and partially already filled with gas bottles 2 contains, the control then being such that normally a customer who does not Has gas bottle 2 for refilling at the filling station 12, from a receptacle 5 the rotor 6 receives an empty gas bottle 2, which is then filled in the filling station 12 becomes. Only if the filling station 12 is blocked due to a defective filling, the respective user receives an already filled gas bottle via issue 7, i.e. the receptacles 5 of the rotor 6 are partly for the return of empty ones Gas cylinders 2 kept clear, partly with empty gas cylinders 2 and one certain part also filled with already filled gas cylinders 2. Of this too different configurations of the receptacles 5 are conceivable.
- the gas automat 1 is also, for example, also a vending machine for accessories formed, which is required in connection with the gas bottles 2, for example for the optional purchase of pressure regulators, seals, gas hoses etc.
- FIG. 2 shows, as a further possibility, a gas vending machine 1 a, which differs from the gas vending machine 1 essentially differs in that the Gas bottles 2 inside the housing 3 are not in the receptacles of a rotor be kept ready, but on transport aids, namely the one shown Embodiment on pallets 18 used to transport a variety of Containers containing gas bottles are used.
- the repair and / or Check must be returned, the interior 4 of the housing 3 through a lockable door accessible.
- the bottles 2 arranged on the pallets 18 are, for example, empty bottles. With the help of cross conveyors, which in the illustrated embodiment of Ejection elements 20 are formed, the gas bottles 2 are each in rows pushed laterally onto the feed dog 19. Whenever a customer gets a bottle 2 is required, the first bottle 2 is formed from that formed on the transporter 19 Row of bottles issued at delivery 7. The customer can then use this bottle again fill at the filling station 12.
- Gas vending machines 1a are that for loading the vending machine 1a Bottles 2 remain on their transport aid or on their pallet 18 Do not penetrate the bottles 2 into special receptacles of the gas automat 1a is necessary, rather the transport aids or pallets 18 already form such recordings.
- Figure 3 shows a simplified representation of a gas vending machine 1b, which in the essentially corresponds to the vending machine 1a, but on both sides of that for the area provided for the pallet 18 each has a conveyor 19 or 19 ', namely the transporter 19 with the delivery 7 and the transporter 19' with a bottle task 7 ', so that the gas vending machine 1b over the Bottle task 7 'also allows gas bottles 2 to be returned. This returned bottles 2 then form a row of bottles on the conveyor 19 '.
- the number of bottles in the row corresponds to the number of free spaces the adjacent pallets 18, the bottle row of the returned bottles 2 pushed laterally onto the adjacent pallets 18, so that then subsequently on the conveyor 19 'a new row of bottles made of recycled gas bottles can be formed, which in turn laterally on the adjacent pallets 18th be pushed, the rows already there being returned Pallets are moved the width of a row.
- the empty bottles 2 are output via the conveyor 19 at the output 7 in the same way as described above for the machine 1a.
- Figures 4 and 5 show in a simplified representation and in plan view ( Figure 4) and and in front view ( Figure 5) a vending machine 1c, which differs from the Vending machine 1a distinguishes first of all in that a receptacle that can be raised and lowered or platform 21 is provided for the pallets 18, and that instead of Transporters 19 and 19 'each have two transporters on both sides of the platform 21 19, at different heights. Thanks to the platform 21 that can be raised and lowered but the transporters 19 can be operated at different levels stacked pallets 18.
- the bottle outputs which are provided twice, are again designated with 7, for the left and right transporters 19.
- the empty gas bottles 2 in the machine be filled automatically with the gas, with this filling also Leakage test carried out automatically and defective gas bottles after Exhausting existing gas residues discharged, d. H. on a pallet 18 for Transport and repair are promoted.
- the automatic filling takes place in the gas automat 1c by the filling station there 12, which pass through the gas bottles 2 before they reach the output 7 on the left in the figures be issued.
- the filling station 12 there or an equivalent filling station is also for direct filling of your own, d. H. brought by the consumer Gas cylinders, provided.
- vending machine 1c The following mode of operation is possible with the vending machine 1c. Basically is this vending machine only for refilling gas bottles 2 and to sell new gas bottles, but not to return empty gas bottles 2 certainly.
- a new gas bottle to be filled is brought in the filling station 12 is used by the user at the left hand outlet where the filling is then this gas bottle and at the same time monitoring the filling process. If a defect occurs, for example a leakage, the gas bottle is pushed over one the transporters 19 moved into the machine, there at the suction station 22 Gas residues are sucked out of this bottle.
- the user then either receives a new, empty gas bottle, which is automatically filled by the filling station 12, or at the in Figures 4 and 5 right edition 7 one of the already filled, on the one there Transporters 19 gas bottle ready.
- vending machines 1, 1a and 1b in such a way that that before the delivery of a bottle, this automatically from the respective Vending machines are filled with the gas, immediately after ordering a bottle by a customer and / or already in stock.
- transport aids can also be provided, for example magazines, containers or container-like devices or Devices for holding a variety of bottles.
- the one for output or Take-back of functional elements used by bottles are for example motorized (electric motor), hydraulically or pneumatically driven.
- the vending machine according to the invention can also be used for selling or filling several different gases can be formed in gas bottles.

The invention is described below with reference to FIGS. 1-5, each in simplified form Representation and top view of different versions of the invention Show systems or gas automats, explained in more detail.
The gas machine generally designated 1 in FIG. 1 is used for the sale of
Gas, for example a technical gas and / or a gas for
Energy supply (e.g. propane gas) in suitable bottles, of which in the
Figure 1 is a
The
The
In the area of the closure 7 there are furthermore on the front of the
angeschlossen sind usw..A special feature of the
For example, the
usw.The
FIG. 2 shows, as a further possibility, a gas vending machine 1 a, which differs from

Ausgabe 7 entsprechenden Ausgabe 7a endet. In the embodiment shown, there are four in the
The

Paletten 18 bereits
derartige Aufnahmen. A particular advantage over the
Otherwise, the functioning and functioning of the automatic gas vending machine corresponds to 1a

Figure 3 shows a simplified representation of a gas vending machine 1b, which in the

The
Figures 4 and 5 show in a simplified representation and in plan view (Figure 4)

The bottle outputs, which are provided twice, are again designated with 7,

Gasflaschen, vorgesehen. The automatic filling takes place in the gas automat 1c by the filling station there

Transporteuren 19 bereitstehenden Gasflasche. The following mode of operation is possible with the vending machine 1c. Basically is
this vending machine only for refilling
The invention has been described above using exemplary embodiments. It understands
is aware that numerous changes and modifications are possible without
thereby leaving the inventive idea underlying the invention. That's the way it is
possible, for example, in vending machines 1a and 1b inside the
Furthermore, it is also possible to design the
Instead of the
The vending machine according to the invention can also be used for selling or filling several different gases can be formed in gas bottles.
