Abstract

Método para el tratamiento de un sólido, más en particular un material semiconductor, por ejemplo para la formación de cristales únicos, purificación y/o dotación, caracterizado por el hecho que una cantidad de esta substancia, o una o más componentes de esta substancia conformada para constituir un conjunto alargado, es sometida localmente a una zona de temperatura elevada en que esta substancia es convertida en una forma de vapor, siendo desplazada dicha zona de temperatura elevada en la dirección longitudinal del referido conjunto, siendo convertidas partes sucesivas del conjunto en una forma de vapor en un lado de esta zona, y cristalizando el material desde la fase de vapor en el otro lado de la zona.
