Abstract

Un método de producir alcohil penicilinas alfa-sustituidas y sales de las mismas que tienen la fórmula general (* ver imagen 1) en la que R es hidrógeno, alcohilo, alcoxilo, amino, nitro, ciano, hidroxilo o halógeno, R1 es alcohilo, R2 es hidógeno o un radical formador de sal no tóxica, y X es oxígeno o azufre, caracterizado porque se hace reaccionar ácido 6-aminopenicilánico o una sal del mismo con un ácido alcanóico alfa- sustituido o un derivado del mismo que contiene el grupo (** ver imagen 2) o reaccionantes que lo forman in situ, y luego, si R2 es hidrógeno, si se desea haciendo reaccionar el producto con una base que tiene un radical formador de sal no tóxica.
