Abstract
Un dispositivo generador de impulsos que incluye al menos un transistor y un primer devanado intercalada en el circuito principal del mismo, por medio del cual se aplica a la base del transistor una tensión de realimentación regenerativa, caracterizado por el hecho de que un circuito de corriente del transistor incluye un segundo devanado dispuesto sobre un núcleo de material ferromagnético dotado de ciclo de histéresis rectangular, cambiando o llevándose bruscamente el material del núcleo desde una primera condición de saturación a la condición de saturación contraria cuando se sobrepasa un valor de limitación de la corriente del transistor, de modo que la velocidad de aumento de la corriente que atraviesa el circuito principal del transistor viene así esencialmente determinada por la inductancia del primera devanado, mientras que el valor de cresta de esta corriente está limitado por el hecho de que el núcleo del segundo devanado cambia de este valor, y produce un impulso de tensión que contrarresta al acoplamiento de realimentación regenerativa e inicia el nuevo corte o cese de conducción del transistor.
