Abstract

1. Disposición de contactación de un líquido y un gas o similares, en que se proveen láminas de chorreo onduladas de chorreo de líquido, yuxtapuestas y onduladas verticalmente, que dejan entre sí unos pasos para un gas, comprendiendo cada lámina sucesivamente, en una dirección paralela a las crestas de las ondulaciones, por lo menos dos zonas en las cuales las ondulaciones tienen amplitudes diferentes, a saber una zona con ondulaciones de gran amplitud y una zona con ondulaciones de pequeña amplitud que están unidas entre sí por una zona de transición, caracterizada porque dicha lámina (1) presenta de trecho en trecho, a lo largo de las crestas de sus ondulaciones, unos dispositivos de arriostrado (7, 8) por medio de los cuales dicha lámina (1) puede ser fijada localmente a una lámina adyacente y mantenida fuera de contacto con ésta aparte de a nivel de dichos dispositivos de arriostrado. 2. Disposición según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque las ondulaciones de gran amplitud tienenun perfil anguloso y porque la amplitud de las ondulaciones de pequeña amplitud es aproximadamente nula. 4. Disposición según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 3, caracterizada porque la lámina comprende varias zonas con ondulaciones de gran amplitud (2) que alternan con un número igual de zonas con ondulaciones de pequeño amplitud (3). 5. Disposición según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 4, caracterizada porque dichos dispositivos de arriostrado comprenden unas protuberancias en resaltes (8) practicadas por el lado de la concavidad de dichas ondulaciones de pequeña amplitud (3) y unos planos (7) practicados por el lado de la convexidad de dichas ondulaciones de gran amplitud (2). 6. Disposición según la reivindicación 5, caracterizada porque la cresta de dichas ondulaciones de pequeña amplitud (3) está constituida por una superficie plana (5) que lleva dichas protuberancias (8) 7. Disposición según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 5 y 6, caracterizada porque dichas protuberancias (8) y dichos planos (7) salen del mismo material con dicha lámina (1). 8. Disposición según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 7, caracterizada porque la lámina presenta unos gofrados en sus dos caras opuestas. 9. Disposición según la reivindicación 8, caracterizada porque los relieves (9a, 9b, 10a, 10b) de dichos gofrados están dispuestos según unas filas paralelas ortogonales a dicha dirección. 10. Disposición según la reivindicación 9, caracterizada porque los relieves presentan una forma alargada, teniendo los relieves (10a, 10b) de cada fila de la zona con ondulaciones de pequeña amplitud (3) su mayor dimensión orientada según la dirección de dicha fila, mientras que dicha zona con ondulaciones de gran amplitud (2) presenta alternativamente unas filas en las cuales los relieves (9a, 9b) tienen su mayor dimensión orientada según la dirección de la fila de la que forman parte y unas filas en la cuales los relieves (9a, 9b) tienen su mayor dimensión orientada oblicuamente con respecto a la dirección de la fila de la que forman parte. 11. Disposición según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 10, caracterizada porque la lámina comprende una red de orificios de forma circular oblonga u otra. 12. Disposición según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 11, caracterizada porque dichas zonas con ondulaciones de pequeña amplitud (3) y con ondulaciones de gran amplitud (2) tienen las mismas longitudes consideradas en una dirección paralela a las crestas de las ondulaciones. 13. Disposición según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 12, caracterizada por la provisión de un dispositivo de guarnición para instalación de puesta en contacto de un líquido con un gas, que está constituido por una serie de dichas láminas (1) yuxtapuestas y fijadas las unas a las otras, teniendo las ondulaciones de gran amplitud y de pequeña amplitud de cada lámina el mismo paso y estando en fase. 14. Disposición según las reivindicaciones 5 y 13, caracterizada porque los planos (7) y las protuberancias (8) de una lámina (1) están fijados, respectivamente, a las protuberancias (8) y a los planos (7) de cada lámina adyacente (1). 15. Disposición según la reivindicaciones 4, 12 y 14, caracterizada porque está constituida por láminas (1) idénticas simétricas con respecto a un plano medio paralelo a la dirección de las crestas de las ondulaciones, estando dichas láminas (1) dispuestas alternativamente en un sentido y en el sentido inverso obtenido por rotación de la lámina en 180 grados alrededor de un eje contenido en dicho plano medio, que pasa por el centro de la longitud de la lámina y perpendicular a ésta. 16. Disposición de contactación de un líquido y un gas o similares.
