Abstract

Panel modular para pantallas acústicas, destinado a aislar y proteger a una zona habitada del ruido ambiental que se produce en una zona colindante, por ejemplo, en carreteras, vías de ferrocarril, o aeropuertos; comprendiendo el panel dos chapas dispuestas paralelamente y un relleno de material absorbente de ruido dispuesto entre ambas chapas; presentando al menos una chapa una pluralidad de perforaciones (10) de acceso del ruido al interior del panel (1); cada una de las chapas (1a, 1b) comprende una superficie rectangular (11) que afecta a toda la longitud del panel (1) y unas prolongaciones (12a, 12b) en sus bordes longitudinales que conforman unas guías longitudinales para el montaje corredero de unos perfiles (2a, 2b) de cierre de los extremos superior e inferior del panel (1).

rectangular (11) hacia el exterior del panel (1), presentando dichas prolongaciones un primer tramo oblicuo (13) y un segundo tramo (14) paralelo a la superficie rectangular (11) de la chapa correspondiente.
Por su parte los perfiles (2a, 2b) de cierre superior e inferior presentan una sección transversal a modo de “U” con un alma plana (21) y unas alas (22).
Cada una de las alas (22) comprende dos tramos extremos (23, 24), paralelos entre sí y perpendiculares al alma del perfil correspondiente, y un tramo intermedio (25) oblicuo que en la posición de montaje del panel se dispone paralela y externamente sobre el primer tramo oblicuo de la correspondiente prolongación (12a, 12b) de las chapas (1a, 1b).
Con esta configuración, y tal como se representa esquemáticamente en la figura 2, el montaje de los perfiles (2a, 2b) de cierre se realiza a modo de corredera abrazando con sus alas (22) a las prolongaciones (12a, 12b) del extremo correspondiente, superior o inferior, de las chapas laterales (1a, 1b).
La configuración de las chapas laterales (1a, 1b) y de los perfiles (2a, 2b) garantiza que una vez realizado el montaje corredero de dichos perfiles el panel quede montado de forma estable sin necesidad de utilizar tornillos, remaches u otros medios externos de fijación.
Como se puede observar en la figura 4 la configuración de las chapas laterales (1a, 1b) permite su apilado, para encajar una sobre otras minimizando el espacio necesario para su transporte.
Una vez descrita suficientemente la naturaleza de la invención, así como un ejemplo de realización preferente, se hace constar a los efectos oportunos que los materiales, forma, tamaño y disposición de los elementos descritos podrán ser modificados, siempre y cuando ello no suponga una alteración de las características esenciales de la invención que se reivindican a continuación.
