Abstract
1. Cable óptico que comprende uno o varios elementos, cada uno de los cuales está constituido por una o varias fibras ópticas comprendidas en al menos una funda de material plástico, estando este elemento o el conjunto de ellos contenido dentro de un tubo protector, caracterizado por el hecho de que el elemento o el conjunto de varios elementos están envueltos con al menos una capa protectora no metálica, siendo el diámetro del hipotético cilindro circunscrito a esta capa o capas protectoras no metálicas, mayor que el diámetro interno del tubo protector al menos en un número discreto de secciones transversales y siendo el tubo protector de material metálico. 2. Cable óptico, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado por el hecho de que el tubo protector de material metálico es un cilindro hueco que tiene el diámetro de su superficie interna menor, para cada una de sus secciones transversales, que el diámetro del hipotético cilindro circunscrito a dicha capa o capas protectoras no metálicas. 3. Cable óptico, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado por el hecho de que el tubo protector de material metálico es una funda corrugada que tiene el diámetro interno de las secciones transversales en correspondencia de la línea más baja de las depresiones inferior al diámetro del hipotético cilindro circunscrito a la capa o las capas protectoras no metálicas. 4. Cable óptico, según las reivindicaciones precedentes, caracterizado por el hecho de que la capa o las capas protectoras no metálicas son cintas envueltas longitudinalmente. 5. Cable óptico, según las reivindicaciones 1 y 2, caracterizado por el hecho de que la capa o las capas protectoras no metálicas son cintas envueltas helicoidalmente. 6. Cable óptico, según una de las reivindicaciones precedentes, caracterizado por el hecho de que el tubo protector de material metálico está realizado con una cinta metálica envuelta longitudinalmente y soldada. 7.
