Abstract

Procedimiento para fabricar un producto semiacabado de fibras (10) para la fabricación de un componente reforzado con fibras (15) de una turbina eólica, en particular de una banda (15) de una pala de rotor (20) de una turbina eólica, con las etapas siguientes: a) se proporciona una capa de base (11) con mechas, no presentando las mechas de la capa de base (11) una orientación de 0º con respecto al eje longitudinal del producto semiacabado de fibras que va a formarse (10), o se proporciona una capa de base (11) configurada como velo de fibra, b) sobre la capa de base (11) se aplican mechas como segunda capa (12) con una orientación de 0º con respecto al eje longitudinal del producto semiacabado de fibras que va a formarse (10), c) sobre la segunda capa (12) de mechas con una orientación de 0º se distribuyen o están distribuidas fibras cortas con una longitud de fibra predeterminada como tercera capa (13) y d) sobre la tercera capa (13) de fibras cortas se aplican mechas con una orientación de 0º con respecto al eje longitudinal del producto semiacabado de fibras que va a formarse (10) como cuarta capa (14), e) uniéndose entre sí en una etapa posterior las capas compuestas (11, 12, 13, 14) para dar un producto semiacabado de fibras (10), en particular mediante cosido.
