Abstract

1.Tira de cremallera, caracterizada en que comprende: una cinta de montaje y una hilera de elementos acopladores fijados a un borde de la cinta, comprendiendo cada elemento: un cuerpo moldeado alrededor de un borde de la cinta, un cuello estrechado que se extiende desde el cuerpo en dirección contraria a la cinta una cabeza fijada al cuello, un par de lengüetas extendidas hacia el exterior desde el cuello; teniendo la cabeza una muesca longitudinal para recibir una de las lengüetas de cada uno de los dos elementos adyacentes de una tira opuesta, teniendo la cinta; las lengüetas y la muesca unas superficies superiores que están todas ellas en el mismo plano. 2.Tira de cremallera según la reivindicación 1, caracterizada en que la cinta y las lengüetas están desplazadas hacia arriba respecto al centro geométrico de los elementos acopladores. 3.Tira de cremallera según la reivindicación 2, caracterizada en que cada elemento acoplador tiene una periferia definida por una superficie superior biselada, y una superficie de contacto central extendida entre dichas superficies biseladas, siendo dicha superficie de contacto perpendicular a un plano definido por la citada cinta y teniendo un borde superior que se encuentra en el mismo plano de la cinta, de las lengüetas y de la muesca. 4.Tira de cremallera según la reivindicación 3, caracterizada en que cada elemento es simétrico con respecto a un plano central transversal a la tira. 5.Tira de cremallera según la reivindicación 4, caracterizada en que incluye, además, un par de segmentos planos en cada una de las citadas superficies de contacto para soportar cargas transversales entre las tiras. 6.Tira de cremallera según la reivindicación 5, caracterizada en que los elementos son moldeados con una resina termoplástica. 7.Tira de cremallera.
