Abstract

Método para el tratamiento de vapores generados en el proceso de recuperación de fibras de carbono de composites por pirólisis. La invención describe un nuevo método de tratamiento de vapores generados en la pirólisis de composites de fibras de carbono, tales como residuos de producción generados por los fabricantes o composites de fibra de carbono al final de su vida útil. El tratamiento comprende hacer pasar los vapores a través de un reactor que se encuentra a alta temperatura y que contiene un relleno de un material sólido (lecho sólido), por ejemplo de CSi, y opcionalmente también un catalizador sólido que presente función ácida y/o de reformado, preferentemente ambas, por ejemplo un metal de transición soportado sobre un soporte ácido, como puede ser Ni sobre zeolita. Tras la condensación de los vapores resultantes del tratamiento se obtiene una fase líquida acuosa mejorada, una fracción orgánica mínima o inexistente y una fase gaseosa de mayor valor añadido.
