Abstract
1.Recipiente de transporte y/o almacenamiento para residuos radiactivos de centrales nucleares y similares, con una envolvente de recipientes de hierro fundido o hierro fundido esferolítico, realizada en forma de escudo de apantallamiento frente a los rayos gamma, en dispositivo correspondiente de cierre de la tapa y un dispositivo para la moderación de neutrones, en donde el dispositivo para la moderación de neutrones presenta unos canales de moderación de sección transversal sustancialmente circular, que corren en dirección longitudinal en la envolvente del recipiente a cierta distancia uno de otro y en los que está dispuesto un material moderador, caracterizado porque los canales de moderación presentan en conjunto un volumen que corresponde o es superior aproximadamente al volumen de un revestimiento superficial del mismo material moderador, aplicado por fuera en forma de capa sobre la envolvente 1 del recipiente y preparado para la moderación de neutrones que se ha de realizar, y porque los canales de moderación poseen una distancia que corresponde por lo menos al doble de su diámetro. 2.Recipiente según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque en los canales de moderación está dispuesta agua en calidad de material moderador . 3.Recipiente según las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizado porque el dispositivo de cierre de la tapa y el fondo están equipados de manera correspondiente con taladros o cámaras para dar alojamiento al material moderador. 4.Recipiente según las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizado porque los canales de moderación están dispuestos en dos filas o en más de dos filas, que se extienden por la periferia en la envolvente del recipiente, y porque los canales de moderación están dispuestos sobre huecos en las filas. 5.Recipiente de transporte y/o almacenamiento para residuos radiactivos de centrales nucleares y similares.
