Abstract

Un método para reenviar tráfico de multidifusión, que comprende: recibir (101) un tercer mensaje de unión de multidifusión; en respuesta al tercer mensaje de unión de multidifusión, enviarle (102) un primer mensaje de unión de multidifusión a un primer router en sentido ascendente, y establecer una ruta activa; en respuesta al tercer mensaje de unión de multidifusión, enviarle (103) un segundo mensaje de unión de multidifusión a un segundo router en sentido ascendente, y establecer una ruta de reserva, en donde el segundo mensaje de unión de multidifusión es un mensaje de unión de Multidifusión Independiente del Protocolo, PIM, e incluye un atributo de unión, comprendiendo dicho atributo de unión un tipo de atributo que identifica que el atributo de unión es una unión de respaldo; enviarle (104) el tráfico de multidifusión a un receptor de multidifusión a través de la ruta activa, en donde la ruta de reserva no reenvía el tráfico de multidifusión; y reenviar (105) el tráfico de multidifusión a través de la ruta de reserva cuando se produce un fallo en la ruta activa; y en donde el segundo mensaje de unión de multidifusión comprende información de la ruta activa utilizada para identificar información de una interfaz de entrada primaria de la ruta activa protegida por la ruta de reserva, y el reenvío del tráfico de multidifusión a través de la ruta de reserva cuando se produce un fallo en la ruta activa comprende: cuando se produce un fallo en la ruta activa, determinar, por parte de un router en la ruta de reserva una interfaz de salida de respaldo correspondiente en función de un identificador de una interfaz de entrada primaria, en donde el identificador de la interfaz de entrada primaria es transportado en la información obtenida del fallo de la ruta activa, y reenviar el tráfico de multidifusión a través de la interfaz de salida de respaldo.
