Abstract
Composición de caucho, que comprende: un caucho, una resina de butilfenol-formaldehído como agente de reticulación, y un sistema de activación; en donde el sistema de activación comprende: - óxido de cinc, - un polímero clorado, y - 2 a 6 phr de un ácido carboxílico C6-24.
Description
Los anillos de obturación según la invención se pueden aplicar, por ejemplo, en sistemas de manguitos de montaje a presión. En los sistemas de manguitos de montaje a presión, se comprimen conjuntamente molduras con anillos de obturación insertados y el tubo de conexión. Se obtiene una estructura de tubo indisoluble con estanqueidad y resistencia elevadas.
5 Los artículos según la invención se utilizan de manera especialmente ventajosa en aplicaciones de agua potable, es decir, aplicaciones en las que los artículos según la invención están en contacto con agua potable, sobre todo de agua potable destinada al consumo humano o animal. En este caso, en realizaciones preferidas, la composición de caucho según la invención contiene exclusivamente componentes mencionados en la parte I de la lista positiva de sustancias de partida autorizadas para la fabricación de elastómeros.
10 Los artículos según la invención se pueden usar también para cintas transportadoras, por ejemplo, para elementos muy calientes, cámaras de moldeo de neumáticos y similares.

La preparación de la mezcla se llevó a cabo en una mezcladora interna de laboratorio de 1 litro. Se fabricaron placas 15 de ensayo con 2 mm y 6 mm de grosor que se vulcanizaron durante 10 min (2 mm) o 15 min (6 mm) a 180ºC, y se recocieron durante 2 h a 180ºC
