Abstract
Procedimiento de construcción, de instalación y de desinstalación de una tubería submarina, caracterizado porque se reúnen en la superficie los segmentos sucesivos de la tubería, que se sumerge progresivamente bajo el efecto de su propio peso guiándola a lo largo de un arco de radio de curvatura bastante grande para que la tubería pueda adaptarse a él sin alteración, a pesar de la superposición de los esfuerzos de tensión y de flexión, teniendo este arco, cuya convexidad se halla dirigida hacia arriba, su parte superior por encima de la superficie y sumergiéndose a una profundidad suficiente para que la tubería le sea tangente en el punto de que se separa de él.
