Abstract

Una unidad de producción de bebidas, que comprende: - una cámara de infusión (23) con una primera porción de cámara de infusión movible (25) que forma un receptáculo (31) para recibir al menos un producto de preparación de bebidas, siendo movible dicha primera porción de cámara de infusión entre una posición de carga, en la que se dispone la primera porción de cámara de infusión bajo una tolva de carga de producto (35) y una posición de preparación, en la que dicha primera porción de cámara de infusión coactúa con una segunda porción de cámara de infusión (27) cerrando dicha cámara de infusión, y viceversa; - un raspador (37) dispuesto y configurado para nivelar un apilado de producto que sobresale de dicho receptáculo durante el movimiento de dicha primera porción de cámara de infusión desde dicha primera posición hacia la segunda posición; caracterizada por que dicho receptáculo (31) tiene un borde superior (31 L), que rodea una abertura de entrada del receptáculo, estando provisto dicho borde superior de una proyección (43) que se extiende desde dicho borde superior y dispuesto para evitar que dicho producto se caiga del receptáculo cuando pase bajo dicho raspador (37).
