Abstract
Dispositivo de elevación de equipos industriales.#El dispositivo está constituido a partir de un puente (1) en "U" invertida, dotado de orificios enfrentados (2), por los que es pasante un bulón (3), accionado por un pistón neumático (4), alojados en la correspondiente carcasa cilíndrica (7), el cual es alimentado por un compresor autónomo (5) establecido en una carcasa (6) que se dispone superiormente al puente (1). También incluye un circuito de control para su accionamiento vía radio o manualmente mediante los correspondientes pulsadores de seguridad establecidos en el dispositivo. El puente (1) es solidario superiormente a un eje de suspensión (10), con sus correspondientes medios de izado (11) y en el que se integra una célula de carga (12), siendo dicho eje pasante a través de la carcasa (6), en la que se aloja la electrónica de control del dispositivo. De esta forma, el enganche y desenganche del dispositivo se puede llevar a cabo de forma automatizada, evitando riesgos en determinados entornos peligrosos.Industrial equipment lifting device. # The device consists of an inverted "U" bridge (1), provided with facing holes (2), through which a bolt (3) is passed, driven by a pneumatic piston (4), housed in the corresponding cylindrical housing (7), which is fed by an autonomous compressor (5) established in a housing (6) that is disposed superiorly to the bridge (1). In this way, the coupling and unhooking of the device can be carried out in an automated way, avoiding risks in certain dangerous environments.
