Abstract

Tobera para la alineación de partículas para un citómetro de flujo con un primer extremo (10) y un segundo extremo (11) enfrentado y un tubito de alimentación (5) para líquido de corriente de núcleo, con su boca (12) dispuesta en el volumen interior de la tobera, que está dispuesto en una sección adyacente a su boca (12) en un eje común con la tobera, presentando el tubito de alimentación (5) una primera abertura de entrada (1) para líquido de corriente de núcleo y su boca (12) está distanciad con respecto a una abertura de salida (7) dispuesta en el segundo extremo (11) de la tobera, y la tobera presenta una segunda abertura de entrada (4) para líquido de corriente envolvente, extendiéndose la sección adyacente a la boca del tubito de alimentación (5) por la longitud completa del tubito de alimentación (5) que está dispuesta dentro de la tobera, y siendo la sección transversal interna (5A) del tubito de alimentación (5) para líquido de corriente de núcleo perpendicular al eje longitudinal del tubito de alimentación (5), caracterizada por que la sección transversal interna (5A) del tubito de alimentación (5) al menos en la sección adyacente a su boca (12), en una primera dimensión, es más pequeña al menos en el factor 0,3 que en una segunda dimensión, y por que la sección transversal interna del tubito de alimentación (5) es rectangular o 15 elíptica, y en la primera dimensión asciende de 50 μm a 200 μm, y en la segunda dimensión de 75 μm a 300 μm.
