Abstract
Sistema para la mecanización térmica de piezas de trabajo con una cabeza de mecanización de plasma (22), una cabeza de mecanización de láser (21), una alimentación de corriente eléctrica (30.1), una alimentación de gas de proceso (30.3) y una fuente de luz láser (10.2), así como un elemento de vástago único (20), en cuyo sistema la cabeza de mecanización de láser (21) y la cabeza de mecanización de plasma (22) pueden unirse con el elemento de vástago único (20) y la cabeza de mecanización de plasma (22) y la cabeza de mecanización de láser (21) están configuradas para la mecanización de separación y/o para la soldadura de piezas de trabajo, caracterizado por que en el elemento de vástago (20) están presentes al menos un suministro (20.1) para la corriente eléctrica a un electrodo en la cabeza de mecanización de plasma (21), un guiaondas óptico (20.2) para la radiación láser y un suministro (20.3) para el gas de proceso que, en su estado de fijados al elemento de vástago (20), están siempre comunicados unidos uno con otro o mediante conexiones o elementos complementarios (21.1, 21.3, 22.2, 22.3) que están presentes en la cabeza de mecanización de plasma (21) y en la cabeza de mecanización de láser (22), en cuyo caso los suministros (20.1 y 20.3) están conectados a la alimentación de corriente eléctrica (30.1) y de gas de proceso (30.3) y el guiaondas óptico (20.2) está conectado a la fuente de luz láser (30.2).
