Abstract

Lamina de desenganche perfeccionada para interruptores automáticos unipolares; del tipo de la carcasa del interruptor automático monopolar y que se halla unida por el extremo de una lámina bimetálica mediante un tornillo de ajuste y eventualmente dotada en dicho extremo de una armadura de hierro dulce y del tipo que presenta una abertura para el enganche de un trinquete existente en una palanca de enganche y siendo desplazada, a fin de provocar el desenganche de la mencionada palanca, en el caso de sobrecarga o de cortocircuito; caracterizada por el hecho de que el cuerpo de la lámina en un tramo intermedio de su longitud importante con respecto a la longitud total de la misma, se halla dotado de cortes que interesan todo su grueso estando efectuados los mismos en sentido perpendicular al plano de la lámina de desenganche y dirigidos transversalmente a la dirección longitudinal, cuyos cortes desembocan alternativamente una anchura tal que los bordes de cada corte son sustancialmente contiguos, de tal forma que se apoyan el uno contra el otro para hacer la lámina resistente a la carga de punta transmitida por el trinquete de la lámina de enganche, dando lugar estos cortes sobre la lámina a una tira contínua ondulada de reducida anchura con respecto a la anchura de la lámina de desenganche, con el fin de hacer esta lámina de desenganche notablemente, flexible, de modo que esta pueda flexionarse sin presentar resistencia notable, al ser sometida a la tracción ejercida por la lámina bimetálica por los conjuntos de atracción magnética, para efectuar el desenganche en el caso de corrientes de sobrecarga, o respectivamente, de cortocircuito; y también por el hecho de que el extremo de la lámina de desenganche que se introduce en el alojamiento, presentado por la carcasa del interruptor automático, se halla unida de tal forma que no puede girar con respecto a dicho alojamiento.
