Abstract

Reductor de presión para gas comprimido, especialmente para llave de botella de gas a presión, que comprende un cuerpo (1) que aloja un circuito (11) de gas que comprende una entrada (3) destinada a ser puesta en comunicación con gas a alta presión y una salida (5) destinada a ser unida a un circuito aguas abajo, comprendiendo el circuito (11) de gas un mecanismo de expansión de la presión del gas entre la entrada (3) y la salida (5) a un nivel de presión determinado, comprendiendo el mecanismo de expansión un pistón (7) de expansión móvil en el interior del cuerpo (1) y que delimita de modo estanco una cámara (16) de expansión a través de una junta (15), siendo el pistón (7) de expansión móvil en traslación según una dirección aguas arriba/aguas abajo y solicitado por un primer órgano (10) de solicitación, comprendiendo el reductor de presión (100) una válvula de seguridad que permite evitar una subida de la presión en la cámara (16) de expansión por encima de un umbral determinado, comprendiendo la válvula de seguridad un orificio (6) de evacuación para el gas, estando el orificio (6) de evacuación selectivamente en comunicación con la cámara (16) de expansión cuando el pistón (7) de expansión llega a una posición aguas abajo límite determinada bajo el efecto de la presión en la cámara (16) de expansión, caracterizado por que la junta (15) está dispuesta en un alojamiento fijo del cuerpo (1) y coopera en estanqueidad con el pistón (7) de expansión cuando el pistón (7) de expansión no ha llegado a su posición aguas abajo límite determinada.
