本实用新型涉及煤矿液压支架液压系统的安全阀。 
背景技术
立柱安全阀是液压支架液压系统中应用最重要的液压元件之一，当液压支架立柱受力增大，压力达到安全阀的设定压力值时，安全阀就会开启，系统的压力液体就会通过安全阀排液孔迅速排除，释放压力，达到卸载的目的，现有大流量立柱安全阀由于阀芯排液孔大，密封易损坏。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的就是，克服现有技术缺陷，提供了一种结果简单，密封性能好的大流量立柱安全阀。它包括：阀体、接头、阀芯，所述阀体内设有弹簧，弹簧一端顶在弹簧座上，另一端顶在螺纹堵上，螺纹堵左端装有防松塑料堵，右端装有定位杆，所述弹簧座上装有活塞，活塞上装有导向环，活塞内圆弧内装有阀芯，阀芯右端外侧安装卸液座，卸液座与阀芯之间装有组合密封，卸液座与接头螺纹连接，之间装有O型圈，阀芯上设有双排排液孔。它用于煤矿综采工作面液压支架，结构简单，密封性好，能够快速卸载压力。

一种大流量立柱安全阀，包括：阀体4、接头1、阀芯2，所述阀体4内设有弹簧9，弹簧9一端顶在弹簧座7上，另一端顶在螺纹堵10上，螺纹堵10左端装有防松塑料堵11，右端装有定位杆8，所述弹簧座7上装有活塞6，活塞6上装有导向环5，活塞6内圆弧内装有阀芯2，阀芯2右端外侧安装卸液座3，卸液座3与阀芯2之间装有组合密封12，卸液座3与接头1螺纹连接，之间装有O型圈13，阀芯2上设有双排排液孔16。

1.一种立柱安全阀，包括：阀体（4）、接头（1）、阀芯（2），所述阀体（4）内设有弹簧（9），弹簧（9）一端顶在弹簧座（7）上，另一端顶在螺纹堵（10）上，螺纹堵（10）左端装有防松塑料堵（11），右端装有定位杆（8），所述弹簧座（7）上装有活塞（6），活塞（6）上装有导向环（5），活塞（6）内圆弧内装有阀芯（2），阀芯（2）右端外侧安装卸液座（3），卸液座（3）与阀芯（2）之间装有组合密封（12），卸液座（3）与接头（1）螺纹连接，之间装有O型圈（13），阀芯（2）上设有双排排液孔（16）。
