Abstract

Equipo de congelación para productos alimentarios que comprende un depósito para salmuera, un sistema de enfriamiento y un equipo de recirculación de salmuera, donde en el interior de dicho equipo de congelación se encuentran sistemas generadores de ultrasonidos posicionados en los laterales de manera que el producto alimentario se sitúa entre dichos sistemas generadores de ultrasonidos.
