Abstract

Un motor CC lineal sin escobillas (10) incluyendo un alojamiento (18, 20); un conjunto de inducido (13), móvil con relación al alojamiento (18, 20), incluyendo una base de bobinas no magnética (38) y una pluralidad de bobinas (40) conectadas como un devanado trifásico; y un conjunto de campo (12) unido fijamente al alojamiento (18, 20), incluyendo una pluralidad de imanes permanentes (24) teniendo cada uno una longitud, y una pluralidad de piezas de polo (26) teniendo cada una una longitud; y una pieza de polo de extremo dispuesta en cada extremo del conjunto de campo (12), teniendo cada pieza de polo de extremo una longitud; donde la longitud de cada una de la pluralidad de piezas de polo (26) es dos tercios (2/3) de la longitud de cada uno de la pluralidad de imanes permanentes (24), y la longitud de cada una de las piezas de polo de extremo es la mitad (1/2) de la longitud de cada una de la pluralidad de piezas de polo (26) para lograr una fuerza constante en función de la característica de carrera en respuesta a la pluralidad de bobinas (40) que reciben una conmutación trifásico sinusoidal; y donde el conjunto de inducido (13) está configurado para movimiento con relación al conjunto de campo (12) y el alojamiento (18, 20) en respuesta a la conmutación sinusoidal; y donde el alojamiento incluye material magnético blando; y el motor CC sin escobillas incluye: tapones de extremo (14, 16), que incluyen la pluralidad de piezas de polo de extremo, y que están colocados en el conjunto de campo (12) de modo que el conjunto de campo (12), los tapones de extremo (14, 16) y el alojamiento (18, 20) formen un circuito magnético común.
