Abstract

El aparato objeto de la presente invención, es un dispensador de ingredientes para la autopreparación de alimentos en punto de venta, que se puede instalar en lugares públicos para proporcionarle a un consumidor potencial, los elementos básicos para preparar un alimento caliente al momento, básicamente está enfocado a la elaboración de alimentos tales como granos de maíz cocido calientes aderezados con mantequilla, mayonesa, queso, limón, salsa, etc. o frijoles en un caldo condimentado acompañados de chile, cebolla, verduras y demás aderezos de acuerdo al gusto del consumidor. El dispensador está constituido por varias unidades modulares como son un sinfín cónico, acotado por una envolvente perforada que extrae los componentes sólidos (maíz, frijol, etc.) de un líquido sazonado que se mantiene a una temperatura prestablecida, y una serie de módulos que proporcionan los aderezos necesarios para terminar de preparar el alimento.
