Abstract
Un ensamblaje de válvula que comprende una primera y segunda válvula mutuamente opuestas (10), donde cada una comprende una carcasa (12) en la cual se define un conducto de paso (14), los conductos de paso tienen, en extremos contiguos, asientos de válvula internamente circunferenciales (16) contra los cuales se presionan los miembros movibles de válvula (18) respectivos, los miembros de válvula (18) respectivos de la primera y segunda válvula engranan uno con el otro cuando la primera y segunda válvula (10) se unen para empujar los miembros de válvula (18) fuera de sus asientos (16) respectivos para abrir la primera y segunda válvula (10), se proporciona un miembro de acoplamiento para mantener unidas la primera y segunda válvula (10), se proporcionan medios para limitar el desplazamiento de cada miembro de válvula (18) de la primera y segunda válvula (10) fuera de sus asientos de válvula (16) respectivos con el objetivo de impedir que el miembro de válvula opuesto (18) sea empujado para hacer contacto con su asiento de válvula (16) respectivo cuando se unen la primera y segunda válvula (10) y así impedir que cualquiera de la primera y segunda válvula (10) se cierre debido al flujo de fluido a través del ensamblaje de válvula, el medio que limita el desplazamiento comprende los medios de presión respectivos de cada miembro de válvula (18) de la primera y segunda válvula (10), y cada medio de presión comprende un resorte de espiral (22), y las dimensiones de cada resorte de espiral (22) se seleccionan de manera que los resortes de espiral (22) se comprimen en espiral en el límite de desplazamiento del miembro de válvula asociado(18), caracterizado porque la carcasa (12) de la primera válvula (10) comprende una extensión que contiene una válvula de control de regulación del flujo (30) en su extremo distal, donde la extensión tiene una rama (46) para conectarse a un depósito, y en el cual el resorte de espiral (22) de la primera válvula actúa entre una cara del miembro de válvula asociado (18) y un asiento de resorte (50) ubicado dentro del conducto de paso respectivo de la primera válvula (10), el asiento de resorte (50) es retenido en su lugar mediante un asiento de válvula (36) de la válvula de control de regulación del flujo (30), donde dicho asiento de válvula (36) se monta de manera extraíble dentro del conducto de paso de la primera válvula (10) para permitir la inserción y extracción del asiento de resorte (50), y el resorte de espiral (22) de la primera válvula (10) opera independientemente de la válvula de control de regulación del flujo (30).
