Abstract
Un compuesto adhesivo que comprende: una capa de soporte polimérica que tiene una primera superficie y una segunda superficie; una primera capa adhesiva absorbente de fluidos que tiene una primera superficie y una segunda superficie que comprende (a) 20 - 80% en peso de un adhesivo acrílico sensible a la presión en base a solvente y (b) 20 - 80% en peso de al menos un polímero súper absorbente o hidrocoloide que tiene un tamaño de partícula medio menor de 150 μm, en el que el grosor de la capa adhesiva es de 40 μm a 300 μm y la primera superficie de la primera capa adhesiva está adherida a la segunda superficie de la capa de soporte, una segunda capa adhesiva absorbente de fluidos que tiene una primera superficie y una segunda superficie en contacto con la piel que comprende un adhesivo sensible a la presión en base a caucho, en el que el grosor de la capa adhesiva es de al menos 200 μm y la primera superficie de la segunda capa adhesiva está adherida a la segunda superficie de la primera capa adhesiva, en el que el compuesto adhesivo completo tiene una capacidad de manejo de fluidos de al menos 4000 g / m2 / 24 horas.

5 Adhesivos absorbentes sensibles a la presión de capas múltiples
Ejemplo 5 Comparativo:
Un adhesivo absorbente de fluidos compuesto por 58% en peso de DuroTak 380 -2819, 40% en peso de Luquasorb 1010 y 2% en peso de AAA se preparó y se recubrió con un grosor de 150 μm sobre una película de poliuretano 25 μm de grosor. Una segunda capa del adhesivo que tenía un grosor de 150 μm se laminó a la primera capa adhesiva
10 para crear una capa adhesiva que tenía un grosor total de 300 μm. El material compuesto se esterilizó a 25 kGy. La Tabla 2 que sigue muestra la FHC, la absorción estática y la MVTR de la construcción de doble capa (Ejemplo 5B), en comparación con una construcción que tenía una única capa de adhesivo hidrocoloide (Ejemplo 5A).

Ejemplo 6:
15 6A: Una construcción de múltiples capas se preparó laminando una capa de 0,3 mm de un adhesivo hidrocoloide en base a caucho sobre una capa de un grosor de 80 µm de adhesivo hidrocoloide acrílico del Ejemplo 5 que habían sido revestida sobre una película de poliuretano de grosor 25 µm. El adhesivo hidrocoloide en base a caucho contenía un 20% en peso de poliisobutileno, 40% en peso de celulosa de carboximetil sódico y 40% en peso de caucho formado a partir de una relación de 2:8 de caucho sólido físicamente reticulado (SIS/SI) y un caucho líquido

6B: Una construcción de múltiples capas se preparó sustancialmente de acuerdo con el Ejemplo 6A, con la excepción de que el grosor de la capa adhesiva acrílica de hidrocoloide era de 160 μm.

Los resultados de la Tabla 3 demuestran que la adición del polímero súper -absorbente delgado que contiene la capa adhesiva, la MVTR está incrementada significativamente, y por lo tanto la capacidad de manejo de líquidos es mucho más alta sin un aumento significativo del grosor.
