Abstract

Conjunto preensamblado de tornillo y arandela que incluye un tornillo roscado provisto de cabeza, teniendo dicho tornillo un vástago con una rosca helicoidal que tiene un diámetro de cresta de rosca máximo predeterminado, estando la extremidad superior de la rosca del tornillo separada por una distancia predeterminada con relación a la extremidad inferior de la cabeza, definiendo así una parte no roscada, incluyendo dicha porción no roscada un reborde anular; una arandela tipo Belleville que tiene una extensión axial predeterminada superior a la longitud de la porción no roscada de modo que en el estado ensamblado la arandela rodee por lo menos una parte de la rosca del tornillo, teniendo dicha arandela un agujero de recepción de tornillo con un diámetro superior al diámetro de cresta de la rosca aunque inferior al diámetro del reborde anular, teniendo la periferia interna de dicho agujero un espesor reducido con relación al espesor normal de la arandela con el fin de aumentar, la flexibilidad de la periferia de modo que pueda desplazarse elásticamente sobre el reborde anular para formar el conjunto.
