Abstract

Órtesis de rodilla para rotura del ligamento cruzado anterior que comprende una armadura articulada (1) - (2) dispuesta para ser fijada al nivel del muslo y de la pierna, por una parte y por la otra de la rodilla, dicha órtesis comprendiendo medios de contención bajo la forma de una pluralidad de correas (4, 5, 6, 7) acopladas a dicha armadura y capaces de rodear el muslo y la pierna dejando libre en la zona rotuliana y de ser cruzadas y superpuestas por el lado posterior en frente de la superficie cutánea del hueco poplíteo (D) al mismo nivel que el centro de giro de la rodilla a fin de evitar que la parte anterior de la tibia deslice hacia adelante caracterizada por que cada correa (4, 5, 6, 7) se mantiene dentro de una guía rígida (9) solidaria a una parte de la armadura al nivel de la pierna y del muslo y capaz de asegurar el mantenimiento y la orientación angular de dichas correas, mientras que al nivel de su cruce en el hueco poplíteo (D), las correas (4, 5, 6, 7) se mantienen juntas por un manguito (8) inextensible, la primera correa 4, la más corta, estando dispuesta en el exterior, lo más atrás posible y la última correa (7), la más larga, estado dispuesta en el interior, lo más delante posible en frente de la superficie cutánea del hueco poplíteo.
