El rotor comprende: un par de bujes, cada uno con al menos tres brazos (3) acoplados al eje principal (4), en dirección perpendicular al eje principal (4), definiendo los bujes pares de brazos (3) enfrentados en un buje respecto del otro; y al menos una turbina acoplada entre cada par de brazos (3), en los extremos libres.
