Producto alimenticio elaborado a partir de una salsa base apta para personas con o sin intolerancias y proceso de elaboración de dicha salsa.#La presente invención se refiere a una salsa que sirve de base para la elaboración de productos alimenticios tales como croquetas, lasañas o canelones, reemplazando los ingredientes tradicionales para que dichos productos sean aptos para personas con o sin intolerancias alimenticias relacionadas con el gluten, huevo y/o lactosa, y que presenta los siguientes ingredientes:#- Caldo de aves, pescados, verduras.#- Materia grasa.#- Harina.#- Especias.
