Abstract

Válvula de esfera, que presenta un cuerpo tubular (1) con un obturador esférico interior (4) diametralmente abierto para permitir el paso del fluido cuando el obturador (4) es convenientemente posicionado desde el exterior por actuación sobre un eje giratorio (3) que sobresale de un cuello radial (2) del indicado cuerpo y que está vinculado a dicho obturador, caracterizada porque comprende un capuchón (5) que cubre la parte sobresaliente del eje giratorio (3) y que va provisto interiormente de medios de acoplamiento al mismo con el que es conjuntamente girable, comprende un casquillo tubular (9) acoplado axial y antigiratoriamente en el interior de dicho capuchón y retenido en el mismo, es acoplable, asimismo antigiratoriamente sobre el eje (3) y, también, de medios de fijación amovible sobre dicho eje que son manipulables desde el exterior por medio de una llave (M) con la que se accede a los mismos a través de una abertura (15) del fondo del capuchón (5), dichos medios para asegurar comprenden un tornillo (14) con cabeza discoidal (14') que, dispuesto libremente giratorio por el contorno de la misma en un entrante anular intermedio (11) del interior del capuchón (5), enrosca en un orificio axial roscado (3ª) del eje (3), donde dicho capuchón conforma interiormente tres zonas (6, 7, 8) de distinto diámetro y de mayor a menor desde la boca hasta el fondo, estando axialmente acoplado, en la zona intermedia (7), un casquillo tubular (9) que, por un extremo, queda a una cierta distancia del escalón anular (10) que forma dicha zona con la siguiente zona (8) determinando un entrante anular (11) y, por el otro, queda retenido por un anillo de seguridad (12) aplicado contra una ranura anular (13) del capuchón (5) y presentando el cuello (2) del cuerpo tubular (1) un tope (20) que limita o bloquea el giro del capuchón (5) y, con él, el de dicho eje y el del obturador (4).
