Abstract

Un método de reducción de pliegues en un moldeado de compuesto no vulcanizado, que comprende, seguir formando dicho moldeado y antes de compactar y vulcanizar dicho moldeado: utilizar un cabezal para aplicar sustancialmente presión hacia abajo al moldeado en la zona de los pliegues; y aplicar vibraciones a los pliegues mediante la vibración del cabezal conforme se aplique la presión al moldeado por el cabezal.
