Abstract

Un intercambiador de calor de tubos concéntricos, que comprende: al menos un tubo cilíndrico (1) para la circulación de un producto a tratar, provisto de una entrada con bridas (11) y una salida con bridas (12) del producto; un cuerpo hueco (2) en cuyo interior circula un fluido de intercambio, estando dispuesto el cuerpo hueco concéntricamente en el interior del tubo (1) y configurado para definir en el interior del mismo trayectorias obligatorias respectivas para un desplazamiento de ida y vuelta del fluido de intercambio, y de tal manera para tener la entrada y la salida del fluido de intercambio dispuesta en un mismo extremo de y en la proximidad de un extremo del tubo; un conector de entrada con bridas (3) para introducir el producto en el tubo (1), una brida (3a) que se conecta con una brida de entrada (11a) de la entrada (11) del tubo; un conector de salida con bridas (4) para extraer el producto del tubo (1), una brida (4a) de las cuales se conecta con una brida (12a) de la salida (12) del tubo; caracterizado por que una brida intermedia (5) está conectada sólidamente al extremo del cuerpo hueco provisto de la entrada y de la salida para el fluido, cuya brida intermedia (5) se proyecta desde el tubo (1) y que está provista de un orificio de paso (5c) para el producto a tratar y con una boca de entrada (5a) y una boca de salida (5b) para el fluido de intercambio, respectivamente conectadas a la trayectoria de ida y vuelta del fluido de intercambio; no estando el orificio de paso (5c), la boca de entrada (5a) y la boca de salida (5b) en conexión recíproca.
