Abstract
Procedimiento para la preparación de aldehídos insaturados en α,ß, en el que dentro de un reactor, que es atravesado continuamente por la corriente circulante, se lleva a cabo una condensación aldólica catalítica de unos aldehídos de partida en presencia de una base acuosa, caracterizado por que en el caso del reactor se trata de una bomba mezcladora de reacción, que tiene las siguientes características a) un alojamiento de bomba situado fijamente, b) un rodete apoyado de manera capaz de girar en el alojamiento de la bomba, que tiene un gran número de cámaras de mezcladura que se extienden radialmente y se abren hacia el perímetro del rodete, c) un canal de mezcladura que envuelve a las cámaras de mezcladura, el cual se extiende dentro del alojamiento de la bomba a lo largo del perímetro del rodete, d) por lo menos una conducción de afluencia para los eductos de la reacción y una conducción de evacuación para los productos de la reacción, estando la conducción de afluencia y la conducción de evacuación unidas una con otra conduciendo fluidos a través del canal de mezcladura, e) un motor, por medio del cual el rodete es propulsable de manera rotatoria.
