Abstract

Procedimiento para el tratamiento anticorrosivo de componentes metálicos, en el que el componente metálico, que se compone al menos parcialmente de superficies de cinc, en el que las superficies del componente que se componen de cinc presentan parcialmente una capa de fosfato de cinc cristalina, se ha tratado térmicamente a una temperatura de al menos 100 ºC, caracterizado porque el componente tratado térmicamente a continuación recorre sucesivamente las siguientes etapas del procedimiento: (A) si procede la limpieza y desengrasado del componente, (B) pretratamiento de activación del componente con una dispersión acuosa ácida, que contiene fosfatos insolubles, no siendo el valor de pH de la dispersión menor de 4 y no mayor de 5,5, (C) tratamiento de conversión de fosfatación del componente activado, de modo que al menos sobre todas las superficies de hierro y cinc del componente existe respectivamente una capa de fosfato de cinc cristalina con un peso de la capa de no menos de 0,5 g/m2, y (D) barnizado electroforético por inmersión del componente.
