Procedimiento de recuperación de materia orgánica en los tratamiento de residuos sólidos urbanos y sistema necesario para tal fin.#Procedimiento de recuperación de materia orgánica de Residuos Sólidos Urbanos (RSU) que posibilite incrementar el porcentaje y calidad de la Materia Orgánica Recuperada (MOR) en plantas de Tratamiento Mecánico Biológico (TMB). Dicho procedimiento se caracteriza por incluir al menos las siguientes etapas: una separación granulométrica mediante una criba tambor, una separación de materia orgánica por medio ópticos, un acondicionamiento de la materia orgánica recuperada mediante un proceso de trituración-separación mediante un triturador de martillos. Este proceso se podrá completar con las siguientes etapas adicionales: separación magnética, criba vibrante, trampa de arenas, lavado de arenas y/o hidrociclón. El sistema comprende al menos un separador óptico de materia orgánica y un triturador de martillo pudiendo contar con una criba de tambor un separador magnético y una criba vibrante. Se consigue una materia orgánica de mayor calidad, se reduce la materia destinada a la eliminación final y se mejora la eficiencia de la digestión anaerobia y/o cualquier oro proceso de valorización posterior.Procedure for the recovery of organic matter in the treatment of urban solid waste and the system necessary for this purpose. # Procedure for the recovery of organic matter of Urban Solid Waste (MSW) that makes it possible to increase the percentage and quality of Recovered Organic Matter (MOR) in Biological Mechanical Treatment (TMB) plants. This process can be completed with the following additional stages: magnetic separation, vibrating screen, sand trap, sand washing and / or hydrocyclone. The system comprises at least one optical separator of organic matter and a hammer crusher, with a drum screen, a magnetic separator and a vibrating screen. A higher quality organic matter is achieved, the material destined for the final elimination is reduced and the efficiency of anaerobic digestion and / or any gold recovery process is improved.
