Abstract
Tubo (1) de recirculación de gas de un motor de combustión que comprende un conducto (2) que es apto para que por su interior circule dicho gas. El conducto (2) comprende una superficie externa (3) que está cubierta al menos parcialmente por un material aislante (4) para aislar térmicamente el tubo (1) de recirculación. Dicho material aislante (4) está sobremoldeado sobre dicho conducto (2). El método para fabricar dicho tubo (1) de recirculación de gas comprende una etapa inicial en donde el conducto (2) es introducido en la cavidad de un molde, una etapa de mezclado en donde una base y un reactivo son mezclados, una etapa de llenado en donde dicha mezcla es conducida a la cavidad del molde, y una etapa de curado y extracción en donde el tubo (1) es extraído de la cavidad del molde tras el tiempo de curado.
