Abstract

Cosechadora de sal para la extracción de sal gobernada a partir de la determinación del espesor del estrato de sal acumulado en superficie. El sistema se caracteriza por regular en altura un dispositivo mecánico de extracción integrado por un elemento de corte (4) y un elemento de conducción y acúmulo (5), del tipo rotocultivador, guiado y arrastrado por un vehículo tractor. La altura de penetración del dispositivo, se determina mediante un sensor de espesor (3) basado en la conductancia eléctrica de los estratos del cristalizador de sal en el tajo donde incide el elemento de corte (4).#Las señales recogidas por el sensor de espesor (3) son interpretadas y enviadas a un elemento de control (6) que de forma manual o automática regula la altura del elemento sobre la capa a extraer, regulando su penetración óptima sin mezclar la capa de sal (8) con el suelo del cristalizador.
