Abstract
Esta invención propone un nuevo procedimiento de fabricación de material metálico de alta porosidad, partiendo de una masa de polvos en condiciones de imponderabilidad. La consolidación de la estructura particular se realiza preferentemente de manera cuasi-instantánea. Entre las ventajas del método, destacan la amplia variedad de materiales que pueden tratarse, el amplio rango de porosidades que pueden alcanzarse, su bajo consumo de energía, y, en el caso de sinterización por descarga eléctrica, la funcionalización por alineamiento de la porosidad.This invention proposes a new method of manufacturing high porosity metal material, starting from a mass of powders under conditions of imponderability. The consolidation of the particular structure is preferably carried out in a quasi-instantaneous manner. Among the advantages of the method, the wide variety of materials that can be treated, the wide range of porosities that can be achieved, its low energy consumption, and, in the case of sintering by electric shock, the functionalization by alignment of the porosity stand out.
