Abstract
1. Un método para la manufactura de un material compuesto de un material metálico con estructura globular y partículas cerámicas, que comprende las etapas de: a— obtener una colada líquida del material metálico y luego enfriar la misma con aplicación de agitación hasta lograr una colada en estado semisólido del material metálico con fracciones de sólidos entre 0.3 y 0.6 con respecto al volumen de la colada: b- agitar la colada: c- adicionar partículas cerámicas recubiertas con metal: d- moldear la colada: y. e- follar el material moldeado.1. A method for the manufacture of a material composed of a metallic material with globular structure and ceramic particles, which comprises the steps of: a- obtaining a liquid casting of the metallic material and then cooling it with application of stirring until achieving a casting in a semi-solid state of the metallic material with solids fractions between 0.3 and 0.6 with respect to the volume of the laundry: b- stir the laundry: c- add ceramic particles coated with metal: d- mold the laundry: and. e-fuck the molded material.
