Abstract

Medidor de espesor de estratos de materiales a partir de la interpretación de las características físicas y/o químicas del material que compone el estrato. A través de uno o varios elementos sensores (1) acoplados al elemento de penetración (3) para atravesar los estratos, la señal, que depende de la característica del estrato objeto de medición, es captada por el elemento sensor (1) y enviada al transductor (4), para ser interpretada en el sistema de control (5), el cual soporta la lógica de funcionamiento (6) del dispositivo para determinar el espesor de la capa atravesada. La medida del espesor es enviada al elemento para la visualización (8) de los resultados, pudiendo también ser enviada, mediante el sistema de envío de datos (9), a un dispositivo externo capaz de recibir esta información y tomar decisiones en base a la misma.
