Abstract
Método y sistema de exfoliación micromecánica por vía seca de materiales laminares.#El método comprende poner en contacto una cara plana (Lp) de un material laminar bidimensional (L) con una cara plana (Sp) de un sustrato (S) y ejercer una fuerza entre ambos, según una dirección normal al plano que define dicha cara plana (Lp) de dicho material laminar bidimensional (L), de manera controlada, y, tras ello, aplicar un movimiento de cizalla controlado entre dichas caras planas (Lp, Sp) del material laminar bidimensional (L) y del sustrato (S), produciéndose así la exfoliación, es decir la delaminación de una capa ultrafina del material laminar bidimensional (L) y su deposición sobre el sustrato (S).#El sistema está adaptado para implementar el método de la invención.Method and dry micromechanical exfoliation system of sheet materials. # The method comprises contacting a flat face (Lp) of a two-dimensional sheet material (L) with a flat face (Sp) of a substrate (S) and exerting a force between them, according to a direction normal to the plane defining said flat face (Lp) of said two-dimensional sheet material (L), in a controlled manner, and, after that, applying a controlled shear movement between said flat faces (Lp, Sp ) of the two-dimensional sheet material (L) and the substrate (S), thus producing exfoliation, that is to say the delamination of an ultra-thin layer of the two-dimensional sheet material (L) and its deposition on the substrate (S). # The system is adapted to implement the method of the invention.
