Abstract
Método y sistema de exfoliación micromecánica por vía seca de materiales laminares. El método comprende poner en contacto una cara plana (Lp) de un material laminar bidimensional (L) con una cara plana (Sp) de un sustrato (S) y ejercer una fuerza entre ambos, según una dirección normal al plano que define dicha cara plana (Lp) de dicho material laminar bidimensional (L), de manera controlada, y, tras ello, aplicar un movimiento de cizalla controlado entre dichas caras planas (Lp, Sp) del material laminar bidimensional (L) y del sustrato (S), produciéndose así la exfoliación, es decir la delaminación de una capa ultrafina del material laminar bidimensional (L) y su deposición sobre el sustrato (S). El sistema está adaptado para implementar el método de la invención.Method and system of dry micromechanical exfoliation of laminar materials.
