The present invention relates to a prefabricated foundation for structures of solar thermal and photovoltaic plants, comprising a maximum of three prefabricated concrete piles (1) of rectangular section, each of which top a set of protruding reinforcements (3) ; and a precast concrete beam (2) joining the piles (1) and preferably additionally incorporating sheaths (4) or holes coinciding with the protruding reinforcements (3) of the piles (1) for a perfect coupling between the piles (1).
