Abstract

1.Un pañal utilizable y desechable mejorado, que comprende: una primera capa exterior en forma de pieza de refuerzo impermeable; una hoja de algodón absorbente colocada en relación superpuesta con respecto a dicha pieza de refuerzo; una segunda capa en forma de revestimiento permeable colocada en relación superpuesta con respecto a dicha hoja de algodón, formando márgenes laterales y de extremo y un elemento alargado elástico a modo de cinta dispuesto a lo largo de sustancialmente toda la longitud de al menos un margen del pañal, estando asegurado dicho elemento elástico en dicho margen, en la región central del margen para unir dicha región, y en cada extremo del margen sustancialmente de forma continua desde el extremo de la región central hasta un borde más exterior del pañal, siendo dichos extremos asegurados efectivamente inelásticos y proporcionando unas porciones de esquinas reforzadas en el pañal. 2.Un pañal, según la reivindicación 1, en el cual dicho elemento elástico a modo de cinta es una película termoplástica delgada. 3.Un pañal, según la reivindicación 1, en el cual las capas exteriores primera y segunda son esencialmente rectangulares y generalmente contiguas entre sí. 4.Un pañal utilizable y desechable, según la reivindicación 1, en el cual ambos márgenes laterales están provistos de elementos elásticos en forma de cinta proporcionando una región de unión en la parte central de ambos márgenes laterales. 5.Un pañal utilizable y desechable mejorado.
