Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）透水性表面シートと、不透水性裏面シートと、該
    両シート間に介在する吸収体と、該吸収体の両側端から
    創外側へ延出する該両シートにより形成される側面フラ
    ップ内の縦方向に伸長下に配置された弾性部材とを含む
    使い捨ておむうにおいて、前記表面シートの外側端に通
    気性にして不透水性側面シートが連設されると共に該側
    面シートの外側端が前記裏面シートの外側端に接合され
    、前記弾性部材の上面が該表面シートと該側面シートと
    の連接近傍部に非水溶性接着剤で接着されていることを
    特徴とする前記おむつ。
  2. （２）前記弾性部材の下面が前記裏面シートに水溶性接
    着剤で接着されている実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記
    載の使い捨ておむつ。
