Abstract

1. Cierre, a pruebe de niños, para recipientes, que comprende un capuchón a colocar sobre la parte de gollete del recipiente, cooperando dicho capuchón con unos medios de bloqueo que se bloquean detrás de un borde ininterrumpido, siendo dichos medios de bloqueo de una tal construcción que sólo puedan desbloquearse por la mano de un adulto, caracterizado porque dicho capuchón tiene una cara interior que se encaja con poca holgura sobre dicho borde ininterrumpido del gollete o de un cierre colocado sobre dicho gollete de manera tal que en la posición operativa dicho capuchón una uña que se bloquea detrás de este borde, la cual uña se mantiene en la posición operativa bajo la influencia de unos medios elásticos y está situada en el extremo de un recinto abierto únicamente en su otro extremo, teniendo dicha uña de bloqueo un accionador dentro de dicho recipiente a una corta distancia del extremo cerrado de dicho recipiente, siendo dicho recinto de una longitud tal que el accionador puede alcanzarse únicamente por el dedo de la mano de una persona de al menos seis años de edad. 2. Cierre a prueba de niños para recipientes, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque la uña de bloqueo está situada en el extremo de una lengüeta elástica cuya base forma una sola pieza con la pared de dicho recinto, mientras que dicha lengüeta se extiende en la dirección de la pared interior de dicho recinto. 3. Cierre a prueba de niños para recipientes, según la reivindicación 1 ó 2, caracterizado porque el accionador de los medios de bloqueo tiene una forma anular y está distanciado espacialmente de la pared terminal de dicho recinto, estando dotada dicha pared terminal de un umbral o una leva por debajo de aquella parte de dicho anillo que no mira hacia los medios de bloqueo, mientras que dicho umbral o leva posee una pared lateral que mira hacia los medios de bloqueo y está alineada con la superficie interior de dicho anillo. 4. Cierre, a prueba de niños, pare recipientes.
