Abstract

1.Dispositivo de montaje articulado para asientos con respaldo ajustable, especialmente para asientos de vehículos automóviles, en los que están unidas entre sí, en cada lado longitudinal, mediante un eje de basculación, una parte de articulación fija asociada al asiento y una parte de articulación basculable asociada al respaldo, estando previsto un mecanismo de ajuste y fijación formado como transmisión oscilante, que determina la posición mutua de ambas partes de articulación y cuyo eje de basculación, que tiene una excéntrica, es accionable, y efectuándose la retención axial conjunta del montaje articulado mediante una pantalla o placa de apoyo fijada a una parte de articulación y que solapa localmente a la otra parte de articulación, caracterizado porque la pantalla de apoyo está formada como parte de bastidor para la sujeción de la parte de asiento o del respaldo. 2.Dispositivo, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque las pantallas de apoyo están unidas entre sí por ambos lados del asiento mediante un travesaño. 3.Dispositivo, según las reivindicaciones 1 ó 2, caracterizado porque las pantallas o placas de apoyo están unidas por los lados interiores de los montajes articulados con su parte de articulación exterior respectivo, quedando solapada la parte de articulación interior, y cada parte de articulación interior, y cada parte de bastidor que cubre exteriormente los montajes articulados. 4.Dispositivo, según las reivindicaciones 1 ó 2, caracterizado porque las pantallas de apoyo de ambos montajes articulados dispuestos en cada caso en un lado del asiento están formadas por cubos extremos de alas o ramas de un bastidor en forma de U. 5.Dispositivo, según la reivindicación 4, caracterizado porque las pantallas de apoyo del bastidor están dispuestas en lados interiores enfrentados del montaje articulado y están unidas fijamente a la parte de articulación exterior, dejando libre un espacio intermedio para la otra parte de articulación asociada a la parte de siento. 6.Dispositivo, según una o más de las reivindicaciones precedentes, caracterizado porque la parte de articulación interior esta unida fijamente con una pequeña o ala de soporte que solapa localmente pro fuera la parte de articulación exterior.7.Dispositivo, según una o más de las reivindicaciones precedentes, caracterizado porque las pantallas de apoyo y las pestañas de soporte o retención abrazan con collarines estampados hacia afuera a unas protuberancias en forma de espigas de las partes de articulación a unir con las pantallas de apoyo y las alas de retención, y los collarines y las protuberancias en forma de espigas de las partes de articulación a unir con las pantallas de apoyo y las alas de retención, y los collarines y las protuberancias están soldados entre sí. 8.Un dispositivo de montaje articulado para asientos con respaldo ajustable, en especial para asientos de vehículos.
