Las diferencias con respecto a D1 son esencialmente las mismas que las que presentan las reivindicaciones primera a décima, y por lo tanto, estas reivindicaciones también presentarían novedad y actividad inventiva. Reivindicaciones décimo novena y vigésima: Tampoco se han encontrado dichas características en ninguno de los documentos citados, por lo tanto estas reivindicaciones presentarían novedad y actividad inventiva conforme a los Artículos 6 y 8 de la Ley Española de Patentes, Ley 11/1986 del 20 de Marzo.
